In order to better communicate with customers and prospects in Canada Direct Energy needs to develop detailed profiles and market opportunity reports for several of its home services teams. This process was limited by two factors: 1. Access to robust external consumer overlay information, and 2. The amount of time and resources required to create detailed, meaningful and actionable reports was prohibitive.
